HARDWARE-SOFTWARE MEDICAL COMPLEX FOR REMOTE MONITORING OF PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

Abstract

The aim of the study is to create hardware and software for a medical complex for remote monitoring of physiological parameters of the cardiovascular system. This study is defined as one of the main tasks of telemedicine and allows increasing the efficiency of diagnosis, treatment and provision of qualified medical care. The method remote monitoring of the main physiological parameters of the cardiovascular system is proposed, which ensures timely diagnosing and treatment of health problems. The method for hardware-software complex design has been developed, requirements for design, its architecture, structure and characteristics have been determined, the operation principle and functional purpose of the main blocks, algorithms for functioning and ensuring the passage of diagnostic information are given. The proposed hardware and software complex provides: registration and analysis of physiological parameters without significant interference in the patient's life, an additional communication channel for qualified cardiologists and patients, planned and emergency medical care, organization of consultations with virtual participation of leading specialists, remote control of diagnostics and examinations, diagnostic manipulations, monitoring and assessment
of the patient's condition in the dynamics of observation.
The proposed hardware and software complex for remote monitoring of functional indicators of the cardiovascular system allows for autonomous automatic continuous remote monitoring of the parameters of the vital activity of a biological object and further processing, systematization and analysis of the obtained medical data. In the basic configuration, it is possible to work with 50 transmitting diagnostic devices with a coverage area of up to 50 meters.
